What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), also known as Osteopathic Manual Medicine (OMM) is a gentle hands-on manual technique uniquely studied and practiced by DOs (Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine).
The goal of OMT is to restore balance and function to the body’s musculoskeletal system, support the body’s natural ability to heal itself, and improve overall health. It can be used to relieve pain, promote mobility, and complement other medical treatments.
